item not working. promised replacement, now can't find purchase or item, so can't get support
ordered an item (#388045128542 - universal welding tree frog oily glue) from dreamchasingsnail on 5/29. Finally tried to use it on 8/8, but no glue came out of the tube. Contacted vendor on 8/8. On 8/25 was offered a replacement. after trying to contact them for status, on 10/4 got a message 'so sorry). Now, I can't find the transaction or the vendor. How can I get ether the replacement offered, or my money back, when online there's no indication that the item was ordered or sent, even though I have the documentation of the order, and all communication? Trying for help on ebay was no help, as they have no record of the order, or the vendor. Where did this info disappear to?
