Item not working
Tried to contact seller about item purchased not working properly upon installation. Several attempt to contact seller with no success

Open a return request and handle it through eBay so you stay protected.
1 Go here to start the return

2 Select the item and choose “Doesn’t work or defective”
3 Add a short description and photos showing the issue
4 Submit the request
The seller will be required to respond through the case. If they still do not reply, eBay can step in and help resolve it.

OP4 months agoTHANKS YOU FOR UR ASSISTANCE. I TRIED UR SUGGESTION BUT IT STATE THAT THE RETURN WINDOW IS CLOSED.

Mentor4 months agoYou only have 30 days from receipt of the item to file a returns request. If it is past 30 days, you will need to contact your credit card issuer, if that is how you paid, concerning a charge back.
