Item not shown as purchased

Question

I purchased a USB keyboard and mouse and it does not show in 'purchased items'.The item is missing parts.I need suggestions as to who/how do I contact EBAY about problem.

@lowrey_crafts If you made the purchase as a Guest not logged in to your regular account it will not be in your purchase history.

LOG OUT of your regular eBay account and follow the steps on this page to track your order track your order and file a refund request if needed>

Did you happen to make the purchase as a guest? If you did you would need to find the confirmation email from eBay for that order. The email will have special log in instructions to see the item and open any request or case you need to.
