Mentor2 years agoMake sure you are signed in to the same eBay account on the same country site you used to make the original purchase. Find the transaction in your Purchase History and go from there.
If you purchased as a guest, sign out of your current eBay account and then use the link in the email that eBay sent regarding the guest order.
