Item not showing as delivered - funds on hold

Question

On April 9th, I purchased a shipping label through eBay, for a buyer, but I could not get it to print correctly. I ended up going to Pirate Ship and purchasing a new label but it has a different tracking number, so eBay isn't tracking it. Ebay shows the item as shipped but not delivered and they're holding my funds. However, that item WAS delivered today via tha Pirate Ship label and tracking. How do I fix this so I can get paid? First:

Here's how to cancel (or void) an unused shipping label you purchased on eBay:

- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/labels/my-ebay

- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.

- Choose your reason for canceling the label.

- Select Cancel shipping label.

You have 28 days to cancel a label. The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel.

(eBay Standard Envelopes are an exception. Label charges for this program are non-refundable and non-voidable once the label is purchased/printed. https://pages.ebay.com/sell/standarddelivery/termsofservice.html)

Then, if your pirate ship label wasn't automatically added to the order

-- You should add the tracking number that was used when you shipped your item so you have eBay seller protection, and can get paid.

- Go to the Sold section of My eBay. https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold

- From More actions, select Add tracking number.

- Add, edit or delete the tracking number and the carrier.

- Select Submit.

TIP: You can't edit or delete the first tracking number, and that is ok. Just add the correct number.
