Item not shipping but no refund issued
I ordered a item after a week no update, I messaged the seller no response, I requested a refund now I get this message.
The seller attempted to cancel this order, but there was an issue with the refund. If you don’t receive it by the estimated delivery date, please report that the item hasn’t arrived.
How can their be a issue with the refund? Their is no issue taking my money and it still has not shipped yet?
The estimated delivery date has long passed but still nothing.

You have thirty days from the last estimated delivery date shown at the time of your purchase to file an "item not received" claim with eBay. If the seller does not cooperate, ask eBay to step in after three business days up to twenty-one business days to force a refund or else the case is automatically closed without resolution.

If you have waited too long for help from eBay, you may still have recourse through your payment method.
