Item not shipped through ebay shipping

Question

As a new user of ebay, I didn't know to ship the item through ebay shipping and sent it directly through FedEx. The tracking number shows it was received. How do I notify ebay that the item was received and to send payment?

All those new to selling will have their funds held for approximately 30 days in the event of a return. Ebay allows Buyers up to 30 days to request a refund and the Seller needs to have the funds available to cover that. Once you have additional successful sales, eBay will start releasing your funds sooner.

Be sure to add the tracking number into the transaction.

Did you add the FedEx tracking # in the order details? Since you are a new seller, Ebay can hold your payout for up to 30 days.
