Item not shipped 2 weeks after purchase - no info from seller
Hello!
I bought and paid for an item two weeks ago. Few days later seller from China added tracking no and send it, but (as tracking says) package has returned to him, not even leaving China. I asked seller about it, but he's not responding to my messages. Two days ago new tracking number was provided, with different shipping company - but only a tracking, not actual shipment.Â
Still no response for messages to seller
Have I any possibility to get help from ebay? AI chat says that I can open "item not recieved" refund request, but I should wait a month to do it 😕Â

Mentor5 months agoGo to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back. Once you file, the seller has 3 days to provide a tracking number that shows Delivered or issue a full refund. If the seller does neither, on day 4 you return to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force a refund.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.

I'm aware the I would be able to get a refund, but after est. delivery daye (Jun 10). All I need now is possiblity to get help from ebay to force seller to respond - because I cannot get any info about strange first shipment (which returned to seller who knows why) and, most important - if he is going to actually send the package, or not.Â
I can order it from another seller, but I need to know what's going on.Â
And it's a $400 purchase, so not cheap one 😕
