Item not sent no response from the seller

Question

HiIf anyone could help me please.I ordered a item 5 days ago and I have not received a tracking number so I messaged the seller to see when it would be shipped because its a gift for someone and I have gotten no response. And I thought when you sell something it had to be shipped within 3 days.If anyone has a answer please let me knowI tried calling eBay but as usual nobody answers their phone and I got to go around in circles with a robot.

It is not necessary for a buyer to require the tracking information since Ebay provides the date of delivery.

Sellers are not obligated to respond to inquiries regarding shipping status or tracking. Sellers are required to ship their items within their specified handling time, which can vary. There is not a "3 day" rule for shipping.

You can check your Purchase History to view the estimated date of delivery.

When the estimated date of delivery has passed without receiving the item you purchased, you can file a Refund Request through Ebay's Money Back Guarantee.

@us-besa no phone number for eBay unless it's for technical issues. any phone number you find on the internet saying it's for eBay is fake.

there is an estimated delivery time line on your order. if u don't receive it by the last date, open an item not received case starting the next day up to 30 days.

and no, sellers don't have to ship within 3 days unless that is what their shipping criteria states, which is on the listing when u click on the shipping button. some sellers ship within 24 hrs, others up to 10 days.
