Item not sent and seller disappeared
The seller didn't mail the item and when I contacted him, he removed his info from eBay. I purchased as guest and can't find the email confirmation now. What can I do?

Mentor3 years agoPurchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member (that is why it is not in your Purchase history). You will need to sign in using the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent you. Then you should be able to file a Returns Request.
Copy the link on this page. Log out of your account, then use the link to access your guest order.
