If you are able to END the listing, it will be in your INACTIVE folder. You must relist the item before 90 days have elapsed, as ebay will remove the listing once it hits 90 days and there will be no way to retrieve it.
-You can END a listing as long as there are more than 12 hours remaining in the current listing cycle and no outstanding offers on BIN listings or bids on Auction listings. Ending a listing | eBay
-You may want to consider NOT using the Best offer feature, it sends the message that your price is not your price. You may do better if the price on a listing is the lowest you will sell it for and cover your cost, eBay fees and most importantly, your profit margin.
-You may also want to consider NOT using eBay's DEFAULT No return policy. It sends the wrong message to Buyers and Sellers. Some Buyers not familiar with the MGB (eBay Money back guarantee) may pass you by because your listings say No returns (which is really not accurate due to the MBG). Some Sellers "think" they are immune from returns when the opposite is true.
