Item not returned
Back in October of 2025 I sold a walking liberty coin to someone in California When he received it and told me it was a fake ( not true ) and was sending it back but EBay had returned his money to him and I to this day have NO T received my coin back. So I refused to mail out other stuff because I didn’t want to lose more of my coins. Now I’m being told that I am not allowed to sell on EBay I want to sell my coins on EBay but I think that the buyer should not be able to to buy on EBay if he doesn’t return other peoples property

Once a Buyer has been refunded, eBay considers the case closed and the Buyer is no longer required to return the item. This is especially true when eBay needs to step in and force a refund.
When a Buyer opens a refund request with a Seller, if the Seller accepts the return, the Buyer is required then to return the item.
These are eBay policies that Sellers need to agree to in order to sell on the eBay site.
