Item not returned
Has anyone ever had a case decision in favor for the buyer and the buyer doesn’t reply to messages/return an item, yet ebay takes the buyers side? What options do I have? Can I take the buyer to small claims court?

OP2 years agoHe did and reported it as not working. He had multiple questions every day prior to the sale, and afterwards. He complained about everything and I always answered his questions. Then when he received the item it was awhile (maybe 7-10 days) he said he couldn’t get it to work. I opened a case and eBay never responded. Buyer opened a case and it took eBay close to 2 weeks before they made a decision and I replied to their messages. Then the decision was made in the buyers favor. I talked to customer service on the phone and they said for me to send him a return shipping label and communicate with the buyer (which I have) and he doesn’t reply. I keep asking eBay to help and don’t get any assistance.
