Unfortunately, you just learned a valuable lesson on eBay and that is to never Refund until you have the item back in your hands. You are now at the mercy of the Buyer to ship the item back. eBay has no involvement in this type of situation so they cannot do anything for you nor would they punish the Buyer.

Mentor2 years agoDid the buyer file a Returns Request? If you selected to refund the buyer, the buyer can no longer print the return shipping label, so the buyer cannot return your item. If you wanted the item back, you should have selected to pay for the return shipping label, and then you refund once the item is returned. If you want the item back, you will have to contact the buyer and find another way to send the buyer a return shipping label.
