Item not recvd buy the buyer
Hello I shipped an item that is worth $300 to me. The item is stuck/lost in USPS in the town if the buyer. USPS responded with they are looking at the facility but cant find it. How do I get my money back that is lost? I know I have to refund the buyer and I am doing that but I am losing $300 item!?
