item not recive but no return money

I bought the item in October 16th

Delivered on Thu, Oct 16

Returns not accepted.

Item not received request closed.

but I did not receive because fed ex drop my item some where else I send the picture what Fedx send me that is not my place but after they did not replay back just same massage what they send before. I report the seller and ebay many time they did not solved my problem even they said we will give you money back because they have a insurance so the will do something

And they close the my request . You can see my all all chat on that what I had with them

I need help here ether they send my money back or send my item

@suchsi1988 I am sorry that happened. It sounds like you are the victim of a false tracking scam. This is not a problem exclusive to eBay, bad sellers are unfortunately everywhere.

Unfortunately it's too late to follow up on your case with eBay. An eBay agent can not override the 30day limit.

Your only option now is a fraud chargeback with your payment method. I suggest getting copy of the delivery photo to share with your payment method that shows that the package size could not possibly match what you ordered.
