Anyone have issues with this seller? [Removed by mod] Ordered item 7 months ago and got scammed. Ebay was no help at all with refund and seller gave a **bleep** story.

Mentor8 months agoIf the seller did not refund you in 3 days, you should have gone back to the case of the 4th day and request eBay to step in. They would have forced a refund. Sounds like you let the case time out. The dates on the automatic returns system are set in stone, so I'm sorry, but there is nothing you can do at this late date.

Mentor8 months ago@cour_33597 I am sorry that you had a bad seller and were not aware that you must file a not received refund request within 30 days of the last estimated delivery date.
An eBay agent can not extend the 30 day time limit of the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
It is probably too late to file a chargeback with your funding source too. The only option that is left is a small claims case which can be difficult for out of state.

OP8 months agoI did file the complaint before the 30 days...ebay didn't respond and closed the complaint without asking any questions after the 30 day mark and then said there was nothing they could do. I feel as if I was scammed by both [Removed by mod] AND ebay.
