Item not recieved feedback to me item was signed for to get delivery, did eBay get spammed

Question

I sold an item, signature required to deliver customer gave me item not delivered

i know he got item eBay never contacted me with any issues is this a scam against eBay

I only saw this in feedback and never was told of any issues item has to be registered to be used the registration would prove customer got item is this a common scam

@alger8035 Are you referring to the negative feedback that was left more than a year ago? There is nothing that can be done about that now. He may have left it before the item was received.
