Item Not Recieved by Authentication Hub in Moonachie, Nj

I need some help here because Ebays Authentication Team is giving me the runaround and not doing their job properly. So now I have to figure out the Authentication Hubs shipping policies and procedures for them. I sold a designer handbag on 5/6. It was shipped out on 5/7. USPS tracking states that it was delivered on 5/11 at 1254 when an individual picked it up at the Wood Ridge, NJ Post Office. Ebays Authentication Team says Hub never recieved it. On Sat, 5/23, I went to the post office and requested they print out a copy of tracking for me. The postal employee explained that caller service is where a business has too many packages for a PO Box, so the PO holds and waits for a service or auth individual to pick up. I was told by Authentication Team Mrmber Kuara to put in a missing package request for misdelivered mail. Because it was delivered to Wood Ridge instead of Moonachie. I told her all of my packages go to Wood Ridge before they are accepted at the hub. Regardless, I did this.

OP4 months agoSo as you can tell from all the pics uploaded here, I have literally done everything I can do here. Does anyone know what the shipping procedure for the NJ Authentication Hub is? I have been told by 2 Authentication team members, Kiara and Steven, that in no way fashion or form does the Hub have an authorized service or individual who goes and picks up packages from the carrier. I guess Id better be calling in the FBI, because to release packages to an unauthorized individual is a FEDERAL CRIME!!!! Kiara actually told me that the Hub recieves pallets from the carriers. Are you serious??? I mean, that makes complete sense to deliver jewelry, coins, and designer wallets on a pallet??? Im ready to spit fire!!!
