Item Not Recieved
I purchased an item on March 20, Coming from China not something I needed in a hurry. waited 2 months never arrived and already contacted them a few times. at that time, he assumed it was lost. They said they would send another. Again, I waited 40 days, and it never arrived. Opened a request with Ebay This time I never Got a response from the seller. on July 27 Ebay closed the request because there was no response from the seller. In Summery I never received the First Item, Then the second One, and never received a refund. It was not an expensive item I don't care about the money but it's amazing How I was ignored by the seller and then Ebay on the matter. I tried to appeal the issue. Was told by Ebay it's no longer open. Any insights would be appreciated.

Buyers are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the estimated delivery date: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
In the future you will need to take action sooner.
At this point your option is to pursue a dispute with your funding source (PayPal, credit card, etc.)
