item not recieved
I bought an item and didn't receive it so i hit did not receive item. The seller got back to me and said it would be late and that he would mail it when he got home(family emergency) and asked me to close the did not receive case so I did. 2-3 weeks later he has not responded to me and we still don't have product. IDK what to do next. EBay platform will not let me reopen the case.
