The seller refunds through the case, and that closes the case.
If you close it, he will never refund on his own - you’ll wind up opening a dispute through your credit card issuer.

OP5 months agoThank you for your help he keeps saying I have to close it to get a partial refund.

Don’t accept a partial refund on an item never received - the seller owes you a full refund.
