item not received yet paid

Question

Last December, as a gift for Christmas I ordered and I have paid EBay for 2 Showbox photo holder. I received on January 13, 2024 only box, even though the packaging and the order say plainly 2 boxes. Following is the copied order and packaging:

I called the seller: it is a car dealership.

Since then I have a "Madonna" who send emails that give me nothing.

Those are the only details about the missing item PLEASE help me to get the Showbox, I really need it since it is a gift.

You have waited too lo0ng for eBay to help - you needed to file a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Call your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for an item missing from the shipment.
