Item not received via local pickup
Hello. On july 1st i purchased an item that had local pickup. The seller has made no contact giving me address and time to meet. I've sent 5 messages. I sent a cancellation request on the 2nd when i realized i would not be able to obtain the item by the time i leave for vacation. The item was a gift for a fellow vacationer. Ebay wont step in due to open cancellation request. It says 3 days but we are now at the 3 day mark with no resolution. No contact from seller or my money refunded. Do 8 just need to wait longer for eBay to handle?
