Past date for official help, EBay suggested i contact seller. Contacyed seller twice but no response. EBay asked regardubg closing. Still not resolved and I cant figure out how to tell that I have not yet received the item and I don't want to close it until a resolution. Can't figure how to report to EBay.

·3 years agoIf you bought it in April, the MBG has probably expired.
You only have 30 days after the estimated date to open a case to be covered by the MBG.
If the MBG has expired and you paid through Pay Pal, open a case with them or contact your credit card.
