Item not received. Seller not responding.
I purchased an item as a presale. The seller never sent it nor gave tracking info. The seller led me on saying be patient. Then just ignored me. The eBay suggestions accomplish nothing. eBay somehow stated this item is not eligible for protection but not explanation as to why. What can I do about this? I am out nearly $300!
