Item Not received - Seller banned
I have an item that I ordered in March that still hasn't arrived despite being shipped. I cannot contact the seller and assume they have been banned. I cant get help with "item I didn't receive" because the item has been removed from the acceptable items to start the process with. How do I contact ebay directly to resolve this. don't want to do a CC chargeback, but will.

Mentor3 years agoYou have 30 days past the estimated delivery date to get help from eBay so you are way beyond the deadline. You can open a case through PayPal if you funded your payment through them (PayPal gives you 180 days of protection from date of purchase); otherwise see if are still within the deadline for help from your credit card company.

OP3 years agoI would love to resolve this with eBay but unfortunately there is no way to contact them.
