item not received, reported. ebay closed it, trying to appeal, cannot, conflicting status.
order 2 months overdue: seller says "lost in mail" and "can't get materials", now another month later. Gave it another month, asked for refund, seller refused. filed claim, no response for seller. 21 days later, ebay closed claim for lack of activity, I messaged seller, demanding a refund, no answer. I attempted to reopen and repeal the closed claim, one place tells me Claim is closed, and doesn't give me any options to proceed, another page says cannot proceed with appeal, because case is Open. What??? How can I reach a person from Ebay so I can get my money back? (it already said it is NOT covered by Money back guarantee. I feel like I've been scammed).

Mentor1 year agoYou only have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date in which to file an Item Not Received case.
