Item not received. Purchase disappeared from my purchase history
Hello - I purchased an item a couple of weeks ago. I received an email 10 days later from the seller with a subject of delayed shipping and a new tracking number but when I clicked on it I got an error message. The message does not appear in the Ebay program, only in my Gmail account. The item does not appear anymore in my purchase history. My PayPal account has been charged. Because the item no longer appears in my purchase history I can't contact Ebay for help. Thank you in advance if anyone has suggestions.

Did you receive any messages from eBay? If you bought an item and then received a message from eBay saying that the listing was removed, try clicking on the link below:
> let us know that you have not received your item

Did you possibly purchase as a GUEST?
