Item not received. Post Office verified it went to a different address.
Post Office verified (twice) the item was addressed and delivered to an address that wasn't mine. They aren't allowed to give me anything in writing but told me the street to which it was delivered. I have never lived there. Ebay will not allow me to appeal because they say that the seller can prove it was delivered to me. That's impossible. I have just had $62 scammed from me which I can't afford to lose. The ebay buyer's guarantee is a joke on the public.
