Item not received Phony photo
Hello,
Never received the proxa brushes that I paid for. I received a notice September 16 but if I hadn’t received the order it would be delivered within 48 hours and then nothing . When I complained to the seller they sent a photo of a package on the ground in front of two glass doors. They didn’t deliver to my PO Box they delivered it to the ground. I’ve been a member of eBay for so long and nothing has ever happened like this I have never not received my items.
Received a notice today saying case closed and so I lost $30 because they took the sellers word over mine when the photo shows it was on the ground in front of two glass doors and not delivered to my address.
Do I have any recourse?
