Item Not Received – No “Ask eBay to Step In” Option After a Week

Hi everyone,
I’ve been waiting for an item for almost two months, and I still haven’t received it.
I opened an Item Not Received request more than a week ago, but the seller hasn’t responded. When I go to the request details/history, I only see options to message the seller or close the request. There is no “Ask eBay to step in and help” option.
It has already been more than 3 business days since I opened the request.
Does anyone know what I should do or how I can get eBay to step in?

Mentor3 weeks ago · EditedOn the fourth day if there has been no refund or item then the option for asking ebay to step in should be on the return details. Since it is not there I would contact ebay here:
