Item not received, Listing & Seller disappeared!
I purchase some shoes on 9/14 from "the bluebutterfly94", paid for by using Paypal. Received email from Ebay confirming order Email Reference ID: [#098a444943544a20aafa9261fbaaa870] . Have not received items, no longer shows up under purchased items list, nothing under seller page, no response to email to seller. Nothing to click on, so how do I report it and get my money back??

Mentor11 months agoto your Purchase history. The default is the past 60 days. Locate the item, click I haven't received it. The seller will have 4 days to reply with tracking that shows Delivered or refund your full payment. If seller does neither, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
