Item not received I ordered
I've ordered an item from China seller took my money never sent item recently stopped responding about item over a month now contacted eBay agent for help discover seller had closed his store and opened another similar to avoid paying does eBay allow this to happen or can you stop this type of Riff Raff from selling on eBay I realize I will lose either way but I'm hoping to send the message out to keep people like this off eBay
