item not received - how do I contact live person at EBAY
Seller waited 3 days to ship. Now item stuck in Beacon, NY, 4 days! USPS says item was mis-sent, they tried to deliver item locally! (I don't live in New York.) No response from seller about the mixup even after I I have sent email explaining what USPS told me, PLUS USPS said that seller has to contact the post office where item is residing! I just want my money back now!
