OP1 year agoThank you for responding. My issue isn't with tracking. It is not being notified that the item has been shipped. I have never encountered this before. I reached out to the seller a week ago asking when the item would ship, and the reply was simply, "It will ship today." How is it not a violation if 2 weeks have elapsed and the seller provides no notification that the item has shipped, with or without tracking?

Not all sellers have the same ‘handling time’ … so there’s no automatic violation after 2 weeks.
You will see the ‘estimated delivery date’ (EDD) in the Order Details in your Purchase History. You can file an ‘item not received’ claim with eBay the day after the EDD has passed.

Mentor1 year agoSellers are not required to provide tracking until an "item not received" case has been opened starting the day after the last estimated delivery date.
