Item not received from China over 90 days
Item has not been received, Seller has continued to tell me there was a delay in shipping. Order date was 11/22/2023.

Buyers have up to 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file an "item not received" case with eBay.
After that deadline has passed, you may still have some recourse through your payment method. PayPal and many credit cards offer up to six months protection from the date of purchase.
