Item not received eBay won’t help
I ordered a CPU from a seller. The tracking number shows it delivered to the wrong address. I submitted the photographs and email from the Postal Service Showing it was incorrect, The seller hasn’t returned any of the multiple messages I sent and eBay close the claim saying it was delivered With the correct address and with a tracking number. I’m now out $100 and have received zero help.

eBay seemingly is still struggling to deal with the ‘Fake Tracking Number’ scam.
I recommend you contact the Fraud Department of your credit card company for your refund. Ask them how you should provide your evidence.
I’ve dealt with 4-5 of these scams … and received refunds in all of them. Not to worry! 😊

OP2 years agoThank you for the response, I sure hope they’re helpful in this because as of right now, eBay is really dropped the ball. I sent an appeal request with photographs and forwarded the email from the post office and eBay‘s response was it was delivered to the correct address even though that’s not my address and that’s not what the photograph from the email from the post office says. Definitely starting to have concerns with eBay at this point…
