-Buyers only have to wait one past the estimated delivery date to file an Item not received claim via their Purchase history.
-One possibility is If the Seller is located in one of the winter storm affected areas and they may still be blocked from getting to the Post Office OR the Post Office's system is messed up enough that the scan never got uploaded to their mainframe tracking system. eBay is currently extending extra protections for Sellers who are either int hose areas OR ship in to those areas ... weather is out of everyone's control so eBay tries to adjust accordingly.
-Another possibility is the Seller does not have the item, does not want to Cancel the transaction and get a strike on their account and is hoping you file an Item not received claim so they can Refund you in full without penalty

·3 years agoItems do not always get an arrival scan at the post office, but that does not address the ten day delay. What are the estimated delivery dates on the listing on your Purchase History? If it is past the last date open a Refund Request.
On your Purchase history click on More. Choose I did not receive the item. Follow the prompts and instructions. eBay will tell you when you can ask eBay to step in if the seller does not respond.
