Item not received by buyer
My buyer has contacted her local post office and they say the item was put in her mailbox but she says it is no where to be found. What do I do?

As long as tracking indicates the item was delivered, your job as the seller is done.

OP3 years agoWhat would your response be to the buyer? I want to make sure I give a business like response to the situation.

·3 years agoIf they said it was put in her mailbox and it's not there, it could have been stolen.
Have her file mail theft and a police report, but it won't get her item or money back.
Neither you, Ebay or USPS is responsible for packages stolen after they were delivered.
