Item not received by a buyer and not returned to me
I had a buyer in the UK purchase an item, something happened at the consolidation plant and should have been returned to me. I have not received it. It's been over a week since it should have been here. And the buyer has not received it. How to proceed?

Mentor6 months agoIt appears you are using the ebay International Shipping program. If the buyer files an Item Not Received case, ebay will refund the buyer and you get to keep the sale.
