Item not received, but was local pickup only
I sold an item to a buyer in Florida. I’m in Texas, and the item was a solid wood headboard that weighs ~75 lbs. I had it listed as local pickup only. I didn’t check the site right away and the emails were going to my junk folder. Once he realized it was local pick up only he canceled the order. Then he placed item not received request. eBay opened a case and found in favor of the buyer, because I didn’t add shipping information. Makes no sense to me and they say I owe seller cost. I’m going to appeal, but thought I would see if this has happened to someone else.
