Item not received but tracking said it was delivered
Ordered 3 items from a seller none showed up. I asked eBay for help but only got told to file an appeal after it the first request was denied. I had to print an affidavit out on one item that I signed that I swore that I haven't received it and got a refund on that one item but never received an affidavit for the other two. Now eBay says my appeal is closed. Anything I can do
