Item not received but shows received due to seperate packaging but included on the sales slip
This is in reference to a purchase of two items that shows up on the sales receipt together, but unknown to me, they were shipped separately by the seller. Therefore, today I only received one item but both items are showing delivered when only one has been delivered not both. So, I've been trying for almost two hours to contact someone to inform them of this so that payment can be delayed until I see if the other item shows up. Or else this seller is going to get paid for both item when I've only received one. I contacted the seller to inform them of the situation, but haven't heard back as of yet. And once the funds is released to the seller, the case will be closed! This is not good business at all. Not happy at all!
