Item not received because eBay printed wrong address
Help me! I am unable to get to an agent because I purchased as a guest an eBay is not showing the purchase. So it won’t get me to an agent. eBay printed the wrong address so item was returned to seller. I don’t know what to do. The seller said they talked with an agent and I am supposed to contact eBay but it has gotten me nowhere!

Guest purchases are not connected to your eBay account, which means that you would have had to specify your shipping address when checking out as a guest.
Is it possible you actually made the purchase using a different eBay account -- possibly an older account that had an old shipping address associated with it?
For help with a guest purchase, sign out of your current eBay account, then use the order details link from the email you received from eBay regarding the guest order.
