Item not received and USPS shows it as delivered.
USPS logs packages to our location at their warehouse then deliver in bulk. We scan individual packages received and we did not receive the package. The Postal Service says only the Seller can file a claim because they paid the postage. The Seller is not cooperating and I need to find out what my options are.
