Item Not Received, and Seller NOT Responding?
Hi All, What Options do we have to get Item Delivered, OR get Money Back - if 1 of the 2 Items in the Order was Not Received.
Have sent 'Undelivered' Screenshots to Seller - but No Response At All.

·2 years agoIf it was 2 items in a single order and you only got one, you file a Not As Described request for return rather than a Not Received case:
Go to your Purchase History for that item, click the link for more options and select that you want to return the item, select the (usually bottom) reason that it is not as described or pictured (there might be a specific reason dealing with wrong quantity, I am reluctant to recommend using other reasons that might seem to fit the circumstances better but some of them are considered "remorse returns" and not covered by the Money Back Guarantee rather than not as described), then follow instructions from there. If you haven't gotten a prepaid return label or a full refund after 3 days (but before 21 days) from doing so go back and you should find a link to "Ask eBay to step in" to get your refund.

Unfortunately, we are out of the '21 Day' window/period... 😞 and the things you mentioned are not 'visible' there.
Can you or anyone else suggest additional options?

·2 years agoYou have a 30 day window from the date of delivery (or the estimated date you were given when you paid, whichever is earlier) to open the return request. The 21 days is from when you open the request.
If you have let either of those pass then you gave up your eBay Money Back Guarantee protection. You can try with your payment source (PayPal, credit card, etc.).
