Item Not Received and SELLER NO LONGER ACTIVE ON EBAY
I paid for a generator on 09/30/2023. Now not only did I not get my item but the seller is gone from Ebay. What can I do?

Mentor2 years agoYou have 30 days from the estimated delivery date to file a claim with eBay.
After the last expected delivery date, but no more than 30 days after the last expected delivery date, go to your purchase history - select 'I haven't received it' and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to provide tracking that shows delivery, or a refund. If he doesn't, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
If it is too late to file a not received claim through eBay, call your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for an item not received.
