item not received and seller giving me the run a round

Question

I need someone from Ebay to assist in getting my money back. I have contacted the seller several times and he keep saying to cancel the order and he will refund money. That hasn't HAPPENED YET.

@kdoss1906 Ordered July 26, 2025 You have waited far too long to ask for help. eBay allows a buyer to file an "item not received" case within thirty days of the last estimated delivery date. After thirty days if no case has been filed, eBay cannot help. Some payment providers offer some protection for items that are not received, but most only cover six months from the date of purchase. Contact your payment provider to see if you have any options remaining.
