Item not received and seller cancelled order due to 1 dollar winning bid

Question

I won a necklace after bidding 1 dollar and no one else bid on an eBay live auction from Houston selects. I bid on a necklace and the seller asked if he could give me something else since the necklace was worth prob 100 bucks. He cancelled my order saying I cancelled which is not correct. I do not know what if anything I can do to get what I won. Thanks any advice is appreciated.

@nursedani2 As @krazzykats stated eBay can't force the seller to complete the sale.

You should report the seller for lying about the cancelation reason.

Then in the box state that the seller lied about the cancelation reason to avoid an out of stock defect.

No one can be forced to sell an item, and this seller clearly isn’t going to. The only option you have is to report them for not completing the sale.
